Account Manager, Roofing & Insurance Services

Job Description:

Gator Roofing and Restoration's sister company, Gator Solutions, is seeking a motivated and relationship driven Account Manager to help grow and maintain contractor relationships within our roofing and insurance support operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in insurance, restoration, roofing, account management, or outside sales who enjoys building long term business relationships and working in a fast paced industry. The Account Manager will work directly with roofing company owners, office staff, estimators, and insurance professionals to help coordinate communication, maintain client satisfaction, and support ongoing supplement and approval operations. This is not a door to door homeowner sales position. The role focuses primarily on contractor relationships and business development.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with roofing and restoration companies Conduct office visits and business walk ins to introduce services Follow up with existing clients regarding approvals, supplements, scheduling, and account activity Answer client questions and coordinate communication between departments Help onboard and support new contractor accounts Track client communication and activity within CRM systems Assist with document collection and account follow up Attend networking events and industry functions when needed Help maintain recurring client retention and satisfaction Coordinate with internal staff regarding inspections, reports, and approvals

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in roofing, restoration, insurance adjusting, supplementing, or insurance production preferred Former insurance producers or adjusters strongly encouraged to apply Strong communication and relationship building skills Professional appearance and demeanor Organized and self motivated Comfortable working independently and meeting with business owners

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
