Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our team! As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing projects, and building strong relationships with property owners. This role includes hands-on property inspections, insurance claim support, and project management from start to finish. If you have a knack for sales, project management, and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Prospect, cold call, and conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Secure service agreements, contracts, and insurance claims. Achieve sales goals and margin targets consistently.
Property Inspections & Project Management:
Conduct detailed roof and property inspections to assess damage. Guide property owners through the insurance claim process. Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm project scope and estimates. Manage projects from contract signing to completion.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and project updates. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Documentation & Reporting:
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, projects, and customer interactions. Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities. Report weekly on key performance metrics and project progress.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$30,000 per year
Commission:
Up to 15% on fixed Gross Profit for completed contracts, including front-end and back-end payouts.
Bonuses:
Earn up to $10,000 for hitting key sales milestones. Additional $5,000 bonuses for every $250K beyond $2M in sales.
Car Allowance:
$100/month after achieving $750K in approved sales.
Referral Bonuses:
1% of signed commercial contracts.
Earning Potential:
$30,000•$150,000+ annually, based on performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
5+ years in sales (2+ years in a role achieving $750,000+ in sales)
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM software, Excel, and Google Suite Knowledge of the insurance claims process Project management and time-management skills
License:
Valid driver's license (Required)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs safely. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Why Join Us?
