Full Job Description Prime Path ABA is hiring a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent in-home case in Northglenn, Colorado . This is a great opportunity for an RBT looking for stable evening hours and the ability to grow with a supportive clinical team.

Schedule Wednesday:

4:30 PM

• 7:30

PM Thursday:

4:30 PM

• 7:30

PM Friday:

4:30 PM

• 7:30 PM Additional hours may be added as more cases become available.

Setting In-home ABA therapy (1:1 with client) Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect and record accurate session data Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards Requirements Active RBT certification (required) ABA experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check CPR certification (preferred) Strong communication and professionalism Must be reliable and consistent with schedule What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent, reliable part-time schedule Paid sick time Bonus opportunities upon achieving goals Ongoing BCBA supervision and support Opportunity to grow into additional hours
