Before opening the agency, I worked as an entrepreneur, and my inspiration to join State Farm came from my uncle, who was also an agent. I'm a proud Texas native and graduate of Texas State University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in finance. My wife, who has been an integral part of our agency for eight years, works alongside me, making this truly a family-run business. Outside the office, I love spending time outdoors—whether that's fishing, kayaking, or tending to our small farm filled with chickens, goats, and cows. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
