ETC, ETC.. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant / Recruiter Assistant to support our human resources and recruitment functions. This role involves assisting with talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and experience in various recruiting methods including technical recruiting, campus recruitment, and executive search. This position offers an opportunity to develop HR expertise within a dynamic team focused on talent management and organizational growth. Responsibilities Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through social media management, research, cold calling, and leveraging platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, and PeopleSoft. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates for various roles across departments. Manage HR sourcing activities and maintain relationships with potential candidates through relationship management techniques. Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation procedures. Maintain accurate records within ATS systems like Taleo, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and HRIS platforms such as Salesforce and HRIS databases. Support employment & labor law compliance by preparing contracts and ensuring documentation accuracy. Assist with employee relations initiatives and contribute to training & development programs. Participate in talent management activities including succession planning and lead generation efforts for internal recruitment. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in internal recruiting efforts. Manage social media channels for employer branding and recruitment outreach. Requirements Proven experience or familiarity with recruiting techniques such as executive recruiting, campus recruitment, HR sourcing, and internal recruiting strategies. Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS, Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft; HRIS platforms such as SAP or UltiPro; payroll systems like ADP or Paychex; time management tools like Kronos; and talent acquisition software including Lever. Understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all hiring activities. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with social media management for recruitment campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with training & development processes as well as employee orientation procedures. Strong research skills for candidate sourcing and market analysis. This role is integral to supporting our organization's growth by attracting top talent while ensuring administrative excellence in human resources functions.
