Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting professional to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and contributing to accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including non-finance stakeholders Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation Utilize accounting systems and reporting tools to generate financial insights Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Experience working with midrange accounting systems and reporting tools Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn Preferred Qualifications CPA certification (strongly preferred) Experience in both public and private accounting environments Experience working in a multi-location organization
