Part-Time About Us We are a warm, nurturing early childhood education center dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children, families, and staff. We are looking for a dependable and energetic School Operations Assistant to help support the daily flow of our school. Position Summary The School Operations Assistant plays an important role in supporting our classrooms and daily school operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, staying organized, and helping a school run smoothly. Responsibilities Assist children with morning bus transitions Support classrooms during snack and lunch times Prepare and distribute snacks Heat and organize lunches for children Assist with bathroom breaks and supervision Create and maintain snack menus Help with weekly food shopping lists and inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen/common areas Support teachers and administrative staff with daily operational tasks Assist with other school needs as assigned Qualifications Friendly, patient, and dependable Comfortable working in a preschool/daycare environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff and children Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout the shift Childcare or school experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Supportive and positive work environment Consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day Family-friendly atmosphere Apply Today If you enjoy helping children and being part of a team-focused school community, we would love to hear from you!
