Key Requirements:

Must have experience in accounting, finance or construction management Must have the ability to prepare and produce accurate monthly financial statements Perform reconciliations to the general ledger Manage and analyze work in progress(WIP) schedules using POC Method Assist with cash flow management and Margin reporting support internal financial controls and reporting processes Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Construction industry experience preferred Strong understanding of WIP and POC, Cost Accounting High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas and financial functions Experience creating financial graphs and visual reports is a plus Experience with construction accounting software preferred

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
