Accountant

Accountant (Great Plains Experience Required) We are seeking an experienced accountant with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) to support our finance and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer invoicing and ensure accuracy and timeliness Analyze inventory and product variances (inbound and outbound) and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end close , including reconciliations and journal entries Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate product costing and tracking Track and analyze manufacturing KPIs (e.g., production efficiency, waste, cost variances) to support decision-making Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP Strong understanding of inventory accounting, variance analysis, and manufacturing KPIs Experience with month-end close processes High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)

Pay:

$57,157.31 - $68,834.61 per year
