Hospice Registered Nurse PRN

The ideal candidate is a compassionate caregiver with a strong foundation in nursing practices, exceptional clinical judgment, and a heartfelt commitment to patient-centered care. This role is integral to supporting patients and their families through some of life's most sensitive transitions. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams to determine individualized care needs. Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized care plans. Manage acute pain and provide comfort to patients experiencing distress or discomfort. Support patients and families through the end of life process. Apply sterile processing techniques to maintain a safe, hygienic environment. Deliver specialized care to patients prioritizing safety, dignity, and comfort. Collaborate across disciplines to provide holistic care to patients. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming.
