Accounting Administrator

Position Summary The Accounting Administrator is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable and provides accounting, administrative, and front office support. Duties include capital asset administration, reception coverage, office supply ordering, and backup support for HR/payroll administration. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable processing and vendor payments Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements Track and maintain fixed asset records Provide reception and front office support Order and maintain office supplies Provide backup support for payroll and HR administration Assist with general administrative and accounting duties Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable, accounting, or administrative experience preferred Knowledge of basic accounting principles Experience with payroll or HR support a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software Join us to be part of a high volume, forward-thinking organization that values accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement. Pay:

$25.00 - $33.00 per hour
