• Run weekly or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Keep the books clean and current in QuickBooks
• Reconcile accounts and manage accounts payable & receivable
• Handle basic financial data entry with high accuracy
• Flag anything that looks off — we want eyes on our numbers, not just hands
• Work directly with ownership — no red tape, no middleman Who We're Looking For
• 2+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
• QuickBooks proficiency is a must
• Experience with payroll platforms
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy — this is a position of confidence
• Able to work independently without being managed
• Small business experience preferred
• Construction or trades industry experience is a bonus
