Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

Enter and update vendor invoices, process payment checks and associated reports.

Account Receivable:

Enter and send sales invoices, process cash receipt by check, wire transfer and cash payments daily. Bank and credit card reconciliation

Collection of Aged Receivable:

Send statements to the customers,municate with customers by phone and email to collect payments.

Payroll :

Assist Accounting Manager in processing payroll by verifying overtime and PTO

Requirements:

Pay Details:
