Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls daily Follow up with warm leads interested in mentorship programs, coaching services, and live conferences Qualify prospects and identify client goals, challenges, and motivations Present and sell high-ticket mentorship and educational programs with confidence and professionalism Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication with prospects Handle objections effectively and guide leads toward enrollment decisions Attend events & conferences Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups within CRM systems Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to improve conversion strategies Represent the company with enthusiasm, integrity, and a motivational mindset Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience preferred Experience with high-ticket sales, coaching, mentorship, events, or conference sales is a strong plus Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Positive attitude with high energy and professionalism Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools preferred Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence What are we looking for Highly motivated by financial growth and success Passionate about helping people improve their lives and businesses Naturally confident and persuasive Persistent, resilient, and disciplined Strong work ethic with a "closer" mentality Team player with leadership potential
Pay Rate:
