Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour• What you'll be doing as an

Accounting Assistant :

An Accounting Assistant supports finance departments by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records Key responsibilities include data entry, expense tracking, accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with audits Ideal candidates possess strong attention to detail

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Process invoices, verify expense vouchers, and ensure timely vendor payments

Data Entry & Reporting:

Accurately enter financial data, maintain files, and assist in preparing weekly or monthly financial reports

Payroll Support:

Assist with payroll processing, including timecard verification and benefit deductions Available shifts:
