Job Description

Accounting Coordinator | Construction High-End Custom Home Builder This role is primarily responsible for accounts payable and accounting support while also assisting with office administration and employee/vendor communications. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, fully in-person position based in our Franklin, TN office. Responsibilities Process and manage all aspects of the accounts payable cycle Enter and process vendor invoices using accounting software Route invoices through approval workflows Manage accounts payable for multiple entities Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts Support administrative and operational projects as needed Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally Maintain physical and digital filing systems and company records Organize and update company documents and asset listings Respond to employee, vendor, and client inquiries via phone, email, and in person Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as requested Qualifications 3+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, administrative support, or a related role required Construction industry experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Apply Now! or send your confidential resume to brey.owen@gogpac.com
