Glance Role:
Junior Microbiology Analyst Location:
Thompsons Station, TN (100% On-Site)
Hours:
40 hours per week
Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Must be open to flexible shifts as needed, as the lab operates 7 days a week)
Pay Rate:
Up to $20.00 per hour
Job Type:
Temporary Contract (2 Months)

$19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

BachelorsResponsibilities Sample Management:
Physically and electronically receive and register samples into the LIMS tracking system.
Lab Preparation:
Prepare microbiological media, reagents, and conduct initial stages of sample analysis.
Quality & Care:
Perform environmental monitoring, manage inventory, and keep equipment running optimally.
Documentation:
Keep records accurate and assist with administrative document cycling.
Safety First:
Maintain safe, clean working surfaces and assist with biohazardous waste decontamination.
