Accounting Manager Alliance for Empowerment, Parent Company of Able2 and Capabilities has a Full-time Accounting Manager opening. We're seeking a Full‑Time Accounting Manager who brings both precision and purpose to their work, so that every dollar fuels dignity, opportunity and care. This is more than a numbers role; it's a chance to make a real impact behind the scenes. What You'll Do Manage the day‑to‑day accounting operations, including oversight of AP/AR, purchasing and payroll Responsible for general ledger maintenance and journal entry preparation for month-end and year-end close Prepare monthly financial statements plus annual operating and capital budgets Lead the annual audit and oversee the preparation of the Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR) Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, grants, and regulatory requirements Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes Partner with leadership to support strategic decision‑making Supervise 4 accounting staff and support the Chief Financial Officer What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business related field, required.
