We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting Department . The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with an excellent benefits package. Position Responsibilities Perform daily accounting transactions with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Accurately process company bills, invoices, and payments in a timely and efficient manner Perform daily and monthly payment reconciliation Process weekly vendor checks and payments for processing Coordinate company receipts and credit card transactions Assist the accounting team and receptionist as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong teamwork and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
