Tukwila, WA (Onsite | Part-Time - 30 hrs/week)

Pay Range:

$54,080-$62,400 DOE We're partnering with a stable, well-established manufacturing company in Tukwila to hire an Accounting Specialist who can take ownership of both AP/AR functions while supporting a dynamic front office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organized, and integral to daily operations—not just behind the scenes, but also as a key point of support for the office. You'll have visibility, variety in your work, and the chance to truly own your function. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, vendor payments) Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry Serve as a front office presence, supporting calls, visitors, and coordination Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing issues Support administrative functions to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in an Accounting Specialist or similar role Strong ownership of AP/AR processes Experience with invoicing, collections, and vendor management Solid understanding of accounting principles and systems Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask This role is ideal for someone who wants variety, ownership, and stability in a well-run organization.
