Available Positions:

Lead Flagger / Sign Setter $21.50-$24.50/hr. (Depending on experience) Entry-Level Flaggers $20.50/hr. No experience needed - we'll train you! Shift Differentials for night and weekend work Work sites vary across the region - no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain safe traffic control zones (training provided) Monitor and manage traffic flow on job sites Uphold safety and compliance standards Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

Basic Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexible availability, including potential on-call shifts Ability to meet the physical demands of the role Strong communication skills and reliability Ability to follow directions and maintain professionalism on job sites Entry-Level & Experienced Flaggers Wanted Expert Traffic Control is hiring both entry-level and experienced Flaggers to join our team. No prior flagging experience is required — training is provided for qualified and selected candidates. We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, work safely, and perform well in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Candidates with traffic control, construction, general labor, customer service, or other related experience are encouraged to apply.
