The Union Democrat is looking for an Accounting and Data Entry Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations. DUTIES Daily cash sheets, Working with customer account information Posting and recording payments Entering sales orders Collections Covering the front office area when needed Complex month end reporting to the corporate office. Other duties as required If you have good math skills, great attention to detail, able to multi- task and are organized with excellent communication skills this may be the job for you. It helps if you are familiar with Google docs and are not afraid of multiple computer programs. People with office bookkeeping experience need only apply.

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
