Only The Account Payable Specialist will focus on Travel and Expense and will be responsible for day-to-day activities that support Travel and Expense program. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage the corporate credit card program and provide assistance to resolve issues and ensures expenses are reconciled on time. 3+ Years of professional finanace/AP Experience BS/AS Required Responsibilities Include Manage Corporate Credit Card Program (Training, Support, Administration) Provide Travel Support (Work with Travel Agents, On Line Reservations, etc) Expense Management and Reportinng (Provide information for monthly key performance indicators Develop and maintain travel reporting, identify & review opportunity for cost savings Perform month-end balance reconciliations, perform reporting as required Special projects and other duties as assigned
