• Full ownership of data entry, invoice processing, and vendor payments.

Cash management-Prepare and process daily cash disbursements.

Collaborate:

Professional point of contact between vendors, shops, and management.

Analyze:

Go beyond the numbers to identify trends and proactively communicate recommendations to improve internal workflows. Provide other essential operational coverage within the office. Requirements Previous Accounts payable or other general accounting background is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, comfortable learning and navigating new software quickly. Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks High level of organizational skills and commitment to accuracy. Team player mindset with verbal and written communication skills.

We Offer Starting Pay:

$23

• $25/hour. Monday
• Friday, 8:00am
• 4:30pm schedule (in office). 100% company paid retirement
