Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency Perform 3-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor records and files Review and verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation Assist with ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments Support the accounting team with additional AP-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

1-5+ years of accounts payable experience QuickBooks experience highly preferred Excel Skills- Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Positive attitude and strong communication skills #
