Accounts Payable Staff Accountant

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. In this vital role, you will manage the processing of invoices, ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will help maintain accurate financial records, facilitate timely payments. Duties Process and verify vendor invoices using accounting software. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies related to accounts payable transactions. Prepare and record journal entries related to accounts payable activities, maintaining proper documentation . Assist with month-end closing procedures by reconciling general ledger accounts. Experience Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting roles, preferably. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis skills, prepare journal entries, and execute accurate data entry tasks efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
