This is an in-person role based in Virginia, Minnesota. Candidates must be willing to relocate to and live in northeastern Minnesota.Note:
Candidates must be licensed attorneys, or eligible to become licensed, with interest or experience in family law, contracts, probate, real estate, business law, or related general practice matters. Candidates must be serious about building a long-term practice in northeastern Minnesota. About Us Confidential Employer. Our team handles a wide range of legal matters and is known for providing practical, client-focused representation with professionalism, care, and strong community roots. Job Description Handle a varied caseload involving family law, contract matters, probate, real estate, business, and general civil legal issues. Meet with clients, assess legal needs, and provide clear, practical legal guidance. Draft pleadings, contracts, estate/probate documents, correspondence, and other legal materials. Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, court appearances, and related proceedings. Work closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff to move matters forward efficiently. Develop strong client relationships and help grow the firm's presence in the community. Manage deadlines, client communication, case strategy, and file progression with professionalism. Qualifications Active attorney license in good standing, preferably in Minnesota. Experience or strong interest in family law, contract law, probate, real estate, business law, or general civil practice. Willingness to relocate to and live in northeastern Minnesota. Strong writing, communication, client service, and organizational skills. Comfortable managing multiple matters and working directly with clients. Pay:
$83,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:
