Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role is essential in managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording of payables and receivables, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong Customer Service and technical accounting skills, proficiency with various financial software, such as Excel, Microsoft Office and QB. Duties Process and verify accounts payable transactions for several companies ensuring timely and accurate payments Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing Perform account reconciliations for various bank accounts Support payroll management tasks using systems such as ADP Conduct data entry with high accuracy (10 key typing) for various financial transactions Skills Proficiency with multiple software platforms such as Excel, Microsoft Office with expert knowledge in Quickbooks. Experiance with accounting processes such as bookeeping, journal entries and account reconciliation Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing) Solid understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, account analysis, budgeting, credit analysis, and financial acumen Ability to perform complex account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping and general ledger accounting tasks Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environmentThis position is integral to maintaining the financial health of our organization through precise recordkeeping and compliance. Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
