Job Duties:

Ensure timely and accurate application of customer account payments Communicate effectively with customers, branches, and other internal departments in order to resolve various issues Post payments to customers' accounts Prepare and process various journal entries in accordance with company policy and procedure Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and branches Provide "World Class Customer Service" to customers, branches and other internal departments Identify and escalate repetitive branch and customer issues Aging review

Essential Qualifications:
