COPY LINK link Adecco is partnering with a local client to hire an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to support daily invoicing, collections, and customer account management. This role also provides administrative support to the Controller and serves as backup for Accounts Payable and front-office coverage when needed.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Key Responsibilities Complete daily invoicing of shipments and credit card batches Monitor customer accounts, follow up on past?due balances, and assist with collections Process invoices through SPS Commerce and distribute via mail, fax, and email Handle credits, returns, refunds, price adjustments, and freight charges Research and resolve customer account discrepancies Maintain customer account records and files Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Reception Communicate with Sales and Customer Service teams as needed Support audit requests and prepare account reports Ad topany policies, safety requirements, and ISO standards Qualifications High school diploma plus 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable or Payable experience Working knowledge of general ledger accounts Strong attention to detail andanizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines Team?oriented with strongmunication skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements Office setting with occasional exposure to manufacturing/warehouse areas Ability to work at aputer for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 lbs May require additional hours during peak workload periods Click Now to be considered for this position. Pay Details:
