Accounts Receivable Specialist

This position is onsite The salary for this position is $27 - $28/hr. The AR Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage accounts receivable and collections portfolio for high-value customers, ensuring timely payment and cash flow optimization. Monitor and follow up on overdue balances to reduce aging and improve collection performance. Conduct frequent email outreach and targeted phone follow-ups to resolve outstanding invoices and maintain customer communication. Investigate billing discrepancies, reconcile account issues, and collaborate with internal sales and billing teams to ensure accurate account resolution. Run and analyze AR aging and collection reports, tracking key performance metrics. Escalate complex or high-risk accounts as needed, partnering with leadership to implement resolution strategies and mitigate credit exposure. The AR Specialist will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2+ years of relevant experience. Comfortable with collections outreach and customer conversations. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive measurable results. Ability to work overtime as needed.
