Recreation / Guest Services What You'll Do Lead and organize activities for children and adults (Kids Zone, Kids Night Out, group events) Supervise children ages 4-12 in a safe and engaging environment Monitor pool areas and enforce safety rules and regulations Assist with reservations and scheduling of activities Maintain cleanliness of recreation areas, pools, and equipment Distribute, collect, and launder pool towels Support recreational offerings such as mini golf, bike rentals, and sports equipment Process payments for activities and rentals Provide guests with information about resort activities and amenities Assist with convention group activities as assigned Requirements What We're Looking For Previous recreation, childcare, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Comfortable working with children and families Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment CPR and First Aid certification preferred (not required) Team-oriented and reliable Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Frequent lifting of equipment and supplies (up to 25 lbs) Active role involving both indoor and outdoor movement Work Environment Indoor and outdoor recreation areas Exposure to varying weather conditions Moderate to loud noise levels High-energy, guest-focused environment About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages.
