This is a part-time position to teach applied clarinet lessons to music majors, minors, and non-majors, with emphasis in classical performance.

Responsibilities:

Teach individual clarinet lessons Support student development in technique, repertoire, and stylistic interpretation Prepare students for juries, recitals, studio classes, ensemble participation, and other performance requirements Collaborate with faculty and ensemble directors to align instruction with departmental and ensemble goals

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Clarinet, or a closely related field is required Demonstrated excellence as a performer Experience teaching at the collegiate or advanced pre-college level Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population, including music majors, minors, and non-majors
