Job Summary We're looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations across our office and warehouse teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage both administrative tasks and cross-department coordination. Duties Maintain records related to safety, compliance, and operations Support onboarding and new hire paperwork Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors and customers Assist with data entry, reporting, and internal communication Prepare reports, memos, and presentations Help coordinate schedules and communication between office and warehouse teams Support daily workflow and ensure documentation is audit-read What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or warehouse supportWhat We Offer Competitive pay: $22-$26/hour Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Employee discount Professional development assistance Referral program Opportunity to grow within a family-owned, expanding business Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Sage or QuickBooks is a plus Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments Positive attitude and team-first mindset
