Responsibilities include:
Diagnose, service, and repair heavy equipment and fleet vehicles Perform DOT annual inspections Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Complete welding and fabrication projects Respond to emergency repair calls when needed Use computer-based diagnostic and technical systems Install and repair engines, transmissions, axles, hubs, injectors, pumps, hydraulic systems, and related components Perform MIG, TIG, arc welding, brazing, aluminum welding, plasma cutting, and torch work Ensure all equipment meets OSHA, WISHA, DOT, state, and local safety standards Maintain accurate communication regarding repairs and equipment status Assist other maintenance personnel and departments as needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of heavy equipment or fleet maintenance experience Strong welding and fabrication skills Experience working on a wide variety of equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable troubleshooting and problem solving Strong communication and organizational skills Basic hydraulic system knowledge Ability to adapt and learn new systems and technologies Must be able to do annual Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 50+ pounds Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Additional Requirements Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check This is a safety-sensitive position Build your career with a company that values hard work, safety, and teamwork.
