Customer Experience Associate (Weekend Shift)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in enhancing their experience with our brand. Responsibilities Engage with customers upfront, via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding support and address inquiries. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. Handle cash/card transactions accurately and efficiently when required. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Utilize computerized systems to log customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Promote products and services through effective sales techniques while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Requirements Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling procedures is a plus. Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and analysis. Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A commitment to providing exceptional customer support and enhancing the overall customer experience. Able to lift and carry loads up to 40 lbs.
