In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to our drivers, management team, customers and business partners. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will be critical for your success . The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Gather, review, audit and publish KPI's to ensure team accountability and actions taken as necessary: fuel usage and audits, maintenance records Maintain accurate inventories of key supplies such as Ipads, scanners, etc. Evaluate and publish daily compliance report(s) with team performance and compliance metrics, communicate to team and help drive accountability Publish daily team messages as needed Assist in driver recruiting and pipeline organization, interview scheduling, applications, drug and background check processing, onboarding Maintain / update critical business performance materials such as training collateral, employment files, etc. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Assist in coordinating / scheduling third party services such as rentals, maintenance shops, uniform and supply purchases, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) for scheduling, correspondence, report and presentation preparation Assist with calendar management, appointment setting, and scheduling meetings for staff members Support bookkeeping tasks as needed Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Perform clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, and managing office supplies inventory as needed Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting required
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
