Job Description
Description We're looking for a Sales & Procurement Representative to support customer relationships, supplier development, and light purchasing within the automotive manufacturing industry. This role works closely with Tier 1 customers, internal teams, and outsourcing partners to support pricing, quoting, and new program launches. Key Responsibilities Maintain relationships with 4 Tier 1 customers and 4 outsourcing suppliers Support new business development, quoting, pricing updates, and prototype requests Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production Control on new project start‑ups Analyze design/material/process changes for cost impact Manage ~5 purchase orders per week for outsourced products Assist with supplier negotiations and issue resolution Use Excel for reporting (formulas, pivot tables, charts) Work within

- Experience working for a manufacturing company in a sales/procurement type of role
- Balanced in sales, purchasing, sourcing, or program management
- Strong communication skills; Japanese language a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment Will also hire
- Anyone who is bilingual in Japanese/English Now Open to
- Seeing candidates with parts clerk, inventory coordinator, inventory clerk, etc. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Tell City, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00
- $62000.00/yr. This company offers the below incentives to their employees after 30 days of employment:
