Position:
Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Manage phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist other team members as needed.
  • Invoice tracking and verification.
  • Execute various administrative tasks, including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning documents.
  • Make travel arrangements for senior staff, such as booking flights, rental cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Demonstrate professional and polite communication through phone, email, and mail.
  • Manage eBay listings and communication
  • Support the team by assisting with organizational and communication tasks.
  • Create and share scheduling and event-related information with the team.
  • Provide information and respond to questions and requests from colleagues and clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • MUST have Strong reporting and spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience with Google Docs and OneDrive.
  • Effective administrative writing skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Dependable, honest, and a positive team player.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ambitious and eager to take on challenges, with a "no task is too small" mindset.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and professionalism.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of appropriate software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
