Native Landscapes & Gardens Native Landscapes & Gardens is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Admin / Landscape Coordinator to help oversee scheduling and day-to-day maintenance & construction operations and support our field crews. Responsibilities Coordinate & communicate daily maintenance schedules and crew assignments Field client requests, service changes, updates, and modifications in a timely and professional manner Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, service updates, and ongoing maintenance needs Support crew leaders with materials, routing, and job details Help maintain efficient operations and a positive team culture Qualifications Exceptional communication and organizational skills Landscaping or other residential service industry experience preferred (lawn care, home services, construction, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment Fluent with scheduling software, spreadsheets Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred, not required About Us Native Landscapes & Gardens is a locally owned landscape design and maintenance company focused on creating and maintaining beautiful residential landscapes rooted in native ecology.
