Summary of Position:
The Administrative Assistant is a key player in ensuring the efficient operation of our front office and supporting employees across the company. This position serves as a central point of contact for visitors, including employment candidates, vendors, and customers—while delivering exceptional customer service experience. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly to change while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring all check-in procedures are followed in accordance with company policies. Promptly answer and direct phone calls, using sound judgment to prioritize and distribute messages efficiently. Maintain a professional, organized, and timely approach to all front-desk responsibilities.Clerical & Administrative Support:
Perform general office duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, mail distribution, and responding to ad hoc requests with accuracy and attention to detail.Office Supply & Resource Management:
Collaboratively monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, coordinate restocking while keeping environmental sustainability and financial responsibility in mind when making purchasing decisions.Meeting & Communication Support:
Assist with PowerPoint presentations and ensure employee communication boards are regularly updated and relevant.Cross-Functional Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to multiple departments including Accounting, Production, Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Legal, and Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA).Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three (3) years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar support role.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities with professionalism, flexibility, and composure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Working experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and reliability, including a willingness to work within a flexible schedule as needed to meet business demands.
- Bilingual, Spanish a plus

- Repetitive movement 80% Compensation The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on several factors, including market location, job related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
