Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a vital leadership role supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the full 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position spans from August 19, 2026, to June 11, 2027, with regular, weekday hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You'll serve a dynamic district office-based caseload, working closely with 3-4 sites covering a variety of grade levels. Your expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing behavioral consultation will have a direct impact on student success. You'll also be responsible for overseeing and mentoring 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians, fostering professional growth and upholding best practices across the district.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience in a school-based or educational setting strongly preferred Proven ability to supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery Strong skills in FBAs, BIPs, and behavioral consultation for diverse student populations Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary behavioral support expert for assigned district sites Conduct comprehensive FBAs and develop individualized BIPs Provide proactive consultation and ongoing support to teachers and staff Manage and supervise 1-2 RBTs, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and effective intervention strategies Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes This district-based opportunity offers full-time stability with consistent daytime hours throughout the school year.
