Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an exciting opportunity to support elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 26/27 school year! Two full-time positions are available, each offering a fulfilling chance to make a lasting impact in a vibrant school community. Assignments include working at a single elementary site and providing services to a mixed caseload featuring Resource Specialist Program (RSP) and Special Day Class (SDC) students. The contract runs from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with hours set Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid and current SLP license or credential for schools Demonstrated experience in assessment and therapy with elementary-aged children Familiarity with RSP and SDC caseloads strongly preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage caseload independently and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized speech and language services to a diverse caseload Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress Monitor goals, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students As part of this role, you'll thrive in an energetic school environment that values your expertise and dedication.
