Job Description

Immediate opening at a South Jersey Heavy Construction company located in Egg Harbor City, NJ. Family oriented company with strong values and a friendly, upbeat work environment. Seeking a dedicated administrative assistant who is reliable, hard working and caring. Computer experience is a must, construction experience is a plus but not necessary. This position requires general administrative skills along with data entry proficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Enter new jobs into data base.
  • Maintain files
  • Review and approve vendor invoices
  • Answer and make phone calls
  • Data entry and filing
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School Diploma/GED is required, some college is preferred
  • Excellent written/oral communication
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
