Duties You will serve as an Administrative Assistant and be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and office management functions essential to the efficient and effective operation of the Division. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team.

Typical work assignments include:
Screens all correspondence for the Division Chief to properly route for completion Exercises exclusive control over the Division Chief's calendar and has full authority to schedule and commit the Division Chief's time Responds to inquiries and addresses administrative issues brought to the Division Chief by staff members Serves as timekeeper for multiple divisions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of attendance and hours worked Completes all division-level requirements related to property management, budgeting, procurement, and staff travel Reasonable Accommodation (RA)Requests:
