Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette. Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Booking appointments daily and efficiently. Support calendar management and scheduling for executives or team members with precision. Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for clients and staff alike. Experience Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills. Experience using Jobber is a plus. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs. Demonstrated ability in data entry, proofreading, filing, and time management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
