On-site, Monday - Friday Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and supervisors within the unit kitchen operations at New Orleans Airport. This role requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while supporting communication across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the General Manager and supervisory staff Download and organize files and reports Clean up and maintain reporting documentation Reconcile invoices and purchase orders (POs) Serve as a communication liaison between various teams and departments Greet and escort visitors from other locations Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations Qualifications Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment Schedule On-site Monday through Friday Additional Information This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.
