The ideal candidate will have prior office administration or receptionist experience, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This position is best suited for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working directly with clients in an in-office setting. Experience in an accounting, tax, legal, or financial office is strongly preferred. This is a fully in-person position located in Dearborn Heights, MI. Key Responsibilities Professionally answer and direct multi-line phone calls Greet clients and visitors with a polished and professional demeanor Schedule and confirm client appointments Prepare, proofread, and distribute emails, letters, forms, and correspondence Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion Assist with preparing reports and organizing office documentation Maintain and update client records and contact information Order and monitor office supplies and maintain office organization Support staff with daily administrative tasks and office operations Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members Assist during busy tax-season operations and shifting priorities Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced office Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an accounting, tax, bookkeeping, legal, or financial services office Experience managing client scheduling and office communications Familiarity with office management systems and standard office equipment Additional administrative training or certifications are a plus Work Environment Fully in-office position Professional business office environment Fast-paced during peak tax season Team-oriented workplace with direct client interaction

Commute Requirement:
Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
