Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing the schedules of their team of executives.
Job Details:
Administrative Assistant Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Normal business hours
Pay Rate:
$30-35 / hour, based on relevant experience Job Details Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) required Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage and aggregate data from multiple projects Prepare and compile reports and project updates for submission to corporate office Serve as the front desk point of contact, answering phones and directing calls professionally Maintain excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills Process invoices accurately and track reimbursements in a timely manner Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries Ability to take delegated tasks and execute them efficiently with minimal supervision Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with strong administrative and customer service skills PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
