What you'll do: The Administrative Assistant I performs a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties to support departmental operations and relieve leadership of routine clerical responsibilities. This role ensures efficient office workflow, prioritizes tasks with guidance from leadership, and provides direct support to a Director or department leadership team. Administrative Support Manage calls, calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and support day-to-day administrative operations Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations; compile data for leadership review Support projects and events through research, coordination, and reporting Maintain organized records and filing systems for departmental activities Assist with regulatory survey preparation, including scheduling and materials coordination Support budget tracking, purchasing, and office operations, including supplies and equipment ​ What you'll need:
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma required Additional training through work experience or education
Preferred Education:
2-3 years of college coursework in administrative or related field
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of administrative or related experience
Preferred Experience:

Compensation:
Pay Range:
$17.30 -$26.81 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
